Hi there, on my landing page, the embed form is not showing. It says form.jotform.com refused to connect. My form is https://form.jotform.com/250230934715452

Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

Thank you for the fast response. Upon checking on our side, the forms are still not resolved in both desktop & mobile.

Looks like it's a known issue and our developer team is already aware of it, and they are working on it right now. We'll let you know as soon as they get it fixed.
