I cannot upload my files it keep loading after i click widget settings

Thanks for reaching out to JotForm Support. I tested your form and was able to see the Widget Settings. Check out my screenshot below to see my results:
Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

Hi, thank you for the feedback. Our team has tried also but it still the same. We also have try to clear cache. open other browser as well. It keeps loading as in the image.
