Embedded form is not appearing on my website

Not just this website, i cant access to the apps either, i had paid for the service for one years and keep give me so much issue or trouble , can help me check whats is the issue for now ?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We have encountered an issue with embedding forms in websites, and it is now resolved. Can you try re-embedding the form and check if the same issue happens again? Can you also share with us the website URL so we can check it on our end? Embedding your form on a webpage is really easy. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
3. Now, select the embed option you want to use, and click on Copy Code. (I used the iFrame method only to show in this case.)
4. Paste your code into your webpage's embed area, and that’s it.
