Unable to update Spreadsheet to Form widget's settings

Dear Jotform Team,

Please check why since yesterday, i can update the excel to spreadsheet to form. it happened in all form. when i check widget setting it just loading progress bar and it took time so long..

I mean i can not upload the template of visual spreadsheet to form, when i click widget setting, it just loading and appearing nothing.

please help to fix this issue, i urgently needed this feature.

even if i placed a new object, it won't show the properties of the widget like this

why is it happening? please fix asap because i rely on this platform so much, even i have 2 gold account of this jotform to do some of my works.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. There was a temporary issue with the settings in some of the widgets that didn't show. But, our Developers have gone ahead and fixed the issue, and you should now be able to make the changes you wanted to make. I've also gone ahead and cleared your form caches. Can you give it another try to see if it works?

After we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
