    Hello,

We're experiencing a few issues with this form – VAC: 2025 TOPS General Registration Form:

    1) The hidden fields aren't hidden on the published form. See both screenshots below.

    2) Users are reporting again (similar to our other forms with the Square integration) that the payment won't process and the form is just "stuck" even after waiting some time for it to process. I've disabled the integration and "reinstalled" it but the issue persists for some. SOS!

    Hi visitationpto,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've reviewed your form and found you have added a condition to hide the Sub Total, Fee, Flat Fee & Grand Total field when Number of Adults to Register is empty. Based on this condition, when user select number of adults, the fields became visible on the screen. You can easily modify the condition, let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, scroll down and select the Sub Total field and click on the Condition icon.

    2. Hover your mouse over the condition and click on the Pencil icon.

    3. Set your condition as below image:

As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out hereWe also have a guide about How to Show or Hide Fields Conditionally that you can check out.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
