Hi, the apps is stuck at loading screen, is the apps having outage? I tried on few phones also giving same issue.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked one of my apps and it seems that I can open it without issues. Check out the screencast below:
Can you try uninstalling the app then install it again and check if the issue happens again? Can you also try using another device and check if the same issue occurs?

you reply on today sure it is normal, it was not ok on yesterday. Is this kind of support I received inspite i paid?
