What if I want to change the access code that I originally set up on an encryption form? Is it possible to do that.

Hi Cathy,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, that isn't possible. Once an access code is set, it cannot be reset or changed. Ensure you store your access code securely. If you forget it, your data will be permanently inaccessible, as we cannot decrypt it.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks Aries. May a suggest this as an area for improvement. I have my code and was careful to keep a record of it when I created it, but for added security I want to be able to change that code every 3 months. Perhaps being able to change encryption passcodes is something JotForms might consider building in, in the future. Thanks again for your response.

Hi Cathy,
Sure, we can raise this for a feature request. We've gone ahead and escalated this to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
