How to assign the form to a user without sending the invitation email?

Is there be a way to assign a form to someone's email/account without sending them the "New form assigned to you" email?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you want to assign a form to a user without having to send the invitation email, you can generate the assign URL and share it with the users. once the assign URL is accessed by the users, it will prompt them to login or sign up.

After logging in, the form is automatically assigned to them. Let me show you how to generate the form's assign URL:

1. In the Form Builder, click on Publish at the top of the page.

2. Click on Assign Form on the left.

3. Click the Copy Link button.
