Basecamp Integration is not working

Hello,

We are trying to have new jotform requests sent to a card table in Basecamp. I have tried zapier and pabbly and can't seem to get it to work.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To confirm, are you referring to your Marketing Request form? I have checked this form and it seems that it is not integrated yet with Basecamp, If you can share the link to your form in question, I can check it out and see what’s going on. Also, it would help us to understand if you can take a screenshot of what's happening and share it with our Support Forum and help you with this. This guide will show you how to do that.
