Send Autoresponder email after the form is completed

I want my auto response message/email to go out AFTER the jotform is done because right now it is being sent out when they sign up on my landing page. How can I fix this

I had someone fill out the little box asking for email address on the landing page. My autoresponder was sent to them right away. What I want is that they fill out their email in the APPLY NOW box on the landing page, be directed to Jotform to complete the application and THEN be sent the auto responder email.

Keep in mind that by default Autoresponder email will be sent only once the form is submitted as said by my colleague. Can you share with us the link to your landing page so that we can check and investigate further?

you will see the apply box right now the autoresponder sends after this is filled out but I want it sent once jotform is done.

Hey, so it would be super helpful if you guys had online chat so this three day discussion can be solved in 10 minutes.

I have a landing page that was put together on GetResponse as soon as the contact inputs their information on the contact form in get response. It automatically sends an email out from GetResponse stating thank you for the application. I need to have it set up somehow in Jotform that that auto responder email and GetResponse goes out after they’ve actually filled out the application.

As of right now, I’ve put a one hour delay on the thank you for filling out the application and that the person is entered into the thing that they’re filling out the application for.
But there needs to be something more, sweetie when I feel something out I need and or like confirmation right away

Unfortunately, we do not have chat support, this is our main support channel. I'm afraid we do not have an option to make changes to your GetResponse email set up. For our Autoresponder Email, it is already designed to sent as soon as the form is submitted. I suggest reaching out to GetResponse Support on how to send the email only when the form is submitted.
