How to calculate the total score and display a custom message based on the score?

I have created this form that will establish an investor's personal risk tolerance

I have assigned points to each question answer and am trying to create a summary at the end that shows their answers point total and then lists the recommended basic investment portfolio type as it's asset mix:

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can add the Form Calculation widget to your form to calculate the total score. Then, based on the score, you can display a custom on the Thank You page. Let's walk through the process:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element button.

2. In the Form Elements window, go to Widgets.

3. Look for the Form Calculation widget and add it to your form.

4. In the widget's formula, add all your questions that contain the calculation values to get their sum.

5. Click the Save button.

After setting up the field that shows the score, we can add Change Thank You Page conditions. Here's how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings at the top of the page.

2. Click on Conditions on the left.

3. Select the Change Thank You Page from the options.
