Hi Mary,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After checking, I saw that your email address was added to our Bounce list with the reason below:
Reason(s) : bounced (host al-ip4-mx-vip1.prodigy.net[144.160.235.143] said: 553 5.1.8 ... Domain of sender address noreply@newsletter.jotform.net does not exist (in reply to MAIL FROM command))
I've already removed your email address from the list, so you should be able to receive Jotform emails now. I've also re-sent a verification email to your email address. Can you check it again, and see if you've already received it? To prevent email bouncing related issues, we recommend that you add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your Contact List. If you are using an email address with a custom domain, it would be best to ask your IT team or your email provider to whitelist Jotform’s IP addresses and domain names.
If the issue continues, and it prevents sending Notification Emails, you can use your mail servers as the sender. To use your mail server, you will need to set up SMTP for your forms. Let me walk you through it:
1. Go to the Settings page while logged in to your Jotform account and click on Add Sender Email in the Sender Emails section.
2. In the window that opens, select Custom and click on the Continue button.
3. Enter your email provider's details, click on Send Test Email to check if it’s set up correctly, and then click on Save.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.
