On our 365 Show Rabbits Form the Dropbox Integration Log says the integration failed due to too many requests. Please advise?

    Hi wendtgroup,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The too many requests error usually occurs when Dropbox's rate limits are exceeded due to a high number of API calls within a short period. To fix this, try re-integrating your form with Dropbox to reset the connection and ensure everything is properly synced. Usually, removing the Dropbox integration and then re-integrating it resolves the issue. First, let me show you how to remove it:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left, click on Integrations and select Dropbox.
    3. Then, hover over the Action section and click on the Three Dots icon.
    4. In the dropdown menu, select Delete Action, and in the window that opens click on Yes, Discard.

    1. While in the Dropbox integration settings, click on the Add New Action button.
    2. Then, click on Add Action and customize the settings as you want.
    3. Now, click on the Save button at the bottom right of the settings and that's it.

Check if there are any other services or applications simultaneously connected to your Dropbox account that might be contributing to exceeding the limit.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
