Forms missing in my account.

I asked this question from my other account but its not showing here either.

This form is missing from my list of forms in my account. The link is active, but when I log int the form cannot be accessed or edited.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you are having trouble because your forms, is not showing. We can try to check other pages to see if the form is on your account. It's easy, let's do it:

1. Go to My Workspace.
2. Click on Archive.
3. If you see the Form that you want, you can Select.
4. Then, click on More and click on Unarchive.
   

1. You can try click on Trash too.
2. If you see the Form that you want, you can Select.
3. Then, click on Restore.
