Change email address of my account.

    I am trying to put a different email on my account. However, it is saying that the email already exists. I deleted that account associated with the email. What do I do?

    Hi Rochel,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Keep in mind that a deleted account will remain on our server for 30 days before it gets purged. This means that you can't use the same email address until then. What I can suggest is we reactivate the deleted account and change the email address to another to free up the email address that you wish to use. If this works for you, let us know the email address of the deleted account so we can reactivate it.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
