Not all my fields on my form are coming thru to my email notifications. I am not seeing the merchandise orders on my emails, I have to go to the jotform submissions to view. Do I have a setting incorrect? I would like to see the entire form on my email notification.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It sounds like your email notification may have been manually edited, which prevents newly added fields, like your merchandise orders, from appearing in the email. To fix this, I recommend deleting the current notification email and adding a new one. This will automatically include all fields from your form, ensuring nothing is missed. Here’s how to do it:
- Open your form in Form Builder.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Click Emails on the left panel.
- Then, click the Trash icon to delete it.
- Click Add an Email, then choose Notification Email.
- A new email template will be generated with all form fields included.
Once done, you’ll start receiving complete submissions via email, including the merchandise orders.
