Unable to connect Jotform AI to FB page

    We are trying to connect the Ai to one of our client's FB page, but we cannot do it because it says that we need full access:

    However, upon further checking, the list of pages that can only be linked to is the pages that we created, not the pages to which we were just given access.

    Hi Brandon,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked, but there seems no option to add Jotform AI to Facebook page. Are you trying to add your form to a Facebook page? Can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Hi Brandon,

    To clarify, you have access to their Facebook accounts or you have access through the Meta Business Suite only as it was shared to your account? Does their company show in your Meta Business Suite? Can you try using the Messenger Agent when connecting to your own Facebook Business page?

    It seems that Jotform AI can only connect to Facebook pages where you have full admin access, not pages where you were just granted access. You may need to request full admin rights from the page owner to proceed.

    Hi Brandon,

    I have reset your AI memory to removed piled up data that might be causing this. Can you try it again? If you run into the same issue, try using a different browser or go to incognito mode to see how it goes?

    I really appreciate your patience. I just reviewed the thread and realized there was a mix-up on our end. The previous escalation that was mentioned actually wasn’t related to your account. As for your issue about connecting the AI to your client’s Facebook page, have you tried connecting to the main Facebook account when connecting the AI Agent?

    If you watch the video (link) I sent, we are using our main account, not the client's. They only share access to us. Please watch the video for further explanation of the issue.

    Hi Brandon,

    I tested it on my Facebook account. I invited a user to have full access to a Facebook Page and I was able to select it during the authentication as shown below:

    My recommendation is to have the owner of the Page toggle Full Control Permission off, wait for a few minutes, and then toggle it on again as shown below:
