Authorize.net: How to add a processing fee to the totals calculated?

We'd like to add a 4% processing fee to the totals calculated, I have read several support tickets about this, however am having difficulty undersanding exactly how to do this on this form, I'd be grateful for some help.

Hi Bill,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form using my test account and after investigating it a bit, I found a solution. Let me show you how: 

1. In Form Builder, select the Product List field, and click on the Wand icon.

2. In the menu that opens on the right side, click on the Tax tab. 

3. Under Base Tax Rate, add your prefer percentage. (In this case, I used 4%).

4. Under Tax Text on the Form, type in Processing Fee.

All changes will be saved automatically. Check out my screencast below to see my result:
