AI Assistant for my Form

i cannot get chatbot to work with my form

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form but couldn’t find an AI Agent or chatbot element set up. If you’re trying to use Jotform’s AI-powered features like the AI form builder or the AI Agent, you’ll need to first add the AI Agent. You can easily create an AI Agent from scratch. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Agents page, click on Create Agent in the top-left corner of the screen.
2. Next, select the Primary Channel you want for your AI Agent and click on Next. (I used Standalone in this example.)
3. On the Create an Agent page, click on Start From Scratch. 
4. Now, on the Describe the Agent page that opens, enter a description for the AI Agent you want to create or click on a button below it for a predefined one, and then click on Create.

This generates an AI Agent based on the description you entered and redirects you to AI Agent Builder to further customize it.

i did create one . when i publish the form it doesnt show up.

Just to clarify, are you looking to have a Form AI Assistant that would assist your form fillers when they open your form, which is the same as the one in the screenshot below?

If yes, what you need is the Form AI Assistant feature, which I've already enabled for your account. Let me show you how to set this up on your form:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top part of the page.
2. Select AI Form Assistant from the menu on the left.
3. Add information to train your AI, and click on the Create AI Assistant button.
