Font in Form Building not showing in Preview or Live

Hi,

The font that I am using in my forms are not showing in Preview or Live. It looks fine in Builder. I looked up and down, and cannot find the fix. I created a new temp form using the same font, and it shows fine. I have multiple forms that I copied cloned, so they all have the same issue.

I have not written my own CSS code.

Hoping you can pointy me I the right direction.

Hi Jeff,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. It's really easy to fix. You have to change to a different theme, go back to your theme, and select the Aclonica font. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the upper right side of the screen, click on the Paint Roller icon.
2. Click on the Theme tab, go to a different Theme, and click on Use Theme.
3. Go back to your original Theme and click on the Styles tab.
4. On Font, click on the Downward Arrow icon, and select Aclonica.
