Hi,
The font that I am using in my forms are not showing in Preview or Live. It looks fine in Builder. I looked up and down, and cannot find the fix. I created a new temp form using the same font, and it shows fine. I have multiple forms that I copied cloned, so they all have the same issue.
I have not written my own CSS code.
Hoping you can pointy me I the right direction.
Thank you.
Jeff

Hi Jeff,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. It's really easy to fix. You have to change to a different theme, go back to your theme, and select the Aclonica font. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the upper right side of the screen, click on the Paint Roller icon.
- Click on the Theme tab, go to a different Theme, and click on Use Theme.
- Go back to your original Theme and click on the Styles tab.
- On Font, click on the Downward Arrow icon, and select Aclonica.
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
