Why is the autoresponder not working?

    So I sell tickets to my dinner theatre through Jotform. People are reporting that they are not receiving a conformation email from jotform for their purchase.

    Hi wfkenzie,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

    Can you clone your autoresponder email and test it if you can receive the autoresponder email? Let me show you how:

    1. IForm Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    3. On Autoresponder email, click on the Gear icon, and click on Clone.
    4. Click on the old autoresponder email's Gear icon, click on Delete, and lastly, click on Delete.
