So I sell tickets to my dinner theatre through Jotform. People are reporting that they are not receiving a conformation email from jotform for their purchase.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
Can you clone your autoresponder email and test it if you can receive the autoresponder email? Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- On Autoresponder email, click on the Gear icon, and click on Clone.
- Click on the old autoresponder email's Gear icon, click on Delete, and lastly, click on Delete.
