Preview Not Rendering After Training on Website Pages.

    I've trained it on some website pages, thepreview does not render. Not sure what to do?

    Hi Caroline,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you try logging out, clearing your browser's cache, relaunching your browser, and then logging back into your Jotform account? After that, try previewing your AI Agent again.

    If the issue persists, try using a different browser or, if possible, a different device, such as another desktop or laptop. You can also provide us with a screenshot of your console log report, as this helps us gather useful information for debugging or troubleshooting your form. Let me show you how:

    1. Open the page with the issue, right-click anywhere, and select *Inspect.

    2. In the window that opens, click on the *Network tab.

    3. Now, refresh the page you're on using your browser's refresh button or keyboard shortcuts such as CTRL + R or CMD + R to generate data about the page loading time. 

    4. Once the page reloads, take a screenshot or a screencast of this section and send it to us.

    1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

    4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag inward.

    5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
