Why is one of the products pre-selected when the form is previewed?

When previewing my form it seems one product (Oreos, see screenshot) is always automatically checked. This is a problem because I do not want to force my customers to be a part of the form if it's something they do not want. Please advise

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and none of the products are set to be selected by default. I also tried to preview and none of the products are preselected. Here's a screenshot of my result:

Keep in mind, when clicking the Fill Form button at the top left side of the preview page will auto-fill out the form.

Thank you for the reply. for some reason on my end the oreo box was always checked when I hit preview earlier. Glad it's ok

If this happens even without clicking on Fill Form, I suggest clearing your browser's cache. As a precaution, I've also cleared your form's cache to refresh your forms.
