How do I accept terms and conditions?

There is no except button when I click on read terms and conditions. Where do I go to accept them?

I did find the accept button I had to go back-and-forth a couple times and it led me to a space with a lot of various forms. I guess I don’t do anything with this until I actually start working with the Indiana department workforce.
