Just finished a Buyer Broker Opinion (BPO) Form using your amazing software. The one I finished is my simple version of which I will be adding on to cover more adjustments. The link for this form is https://form.jotform.com/250793233251150. If interested, you may use this form for a Template that Realtors can use and modify for their own use. You will attract more business form realtors as this is something special and functional for realtors to us use in getting a realistic Price of a home on the market. I am a Realtor, since 1985, who is a Certified BPO Agent and this form is not available (like this one) any where for free and I wrote my own for my use. This one actually calculates the information. PDF houses only provide the form to fill in the information. This one actually does the math every time with no mistakes. I say free but we do pay a monthly/annual to Jotform but there are companys who have this program an charge hundreds of dollars to use theirs; but, this one does much more.
I have spent many hours developing the program and I will share it with others.
Again, Feel-free to use this form as one of your Templets that actually works. Your BPO templates fall short of the Job and does not show-off your powerful software.
Best Regards

Hi Bill,
We truly appreciate your thoughtful feedback and are thrilled to see how Jotform has helped you build such a functional and accurate BPO form for realtors. Your expertise as a Certified BPO Agent since 1985 clearly shows in the form’s design. The way it captures key data and automates calculations is a powerful use of the platform and something we are confident many other realtors will find incredibly valuable.
We’d love for you to share this with the wider Jotform community as a template! Here's how you can do that:
1. In My Workspace, hover over the form you want to share and click More on the right side.
2. From the dropdown list, choose Share as Template.
3. In Quick Share section, select All Jotform Users to make the form publicly available.
4. Fill in the template name and description, and add tags to help others find it.
