I am trying to fill out a form to have a studio tour in my studio. My password was rejected , and I was instructed to go to my email for another form to fill for a new password. The email never arrived.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To clarify, you have filled out a form and submitted it? If so, you have to contact the owner of the form or the one who shared you the link that you have not received an autoresponder in your email. If you still have the form URL, can you share the form, and we will try to check it on our end.

I do not understand. I need to change my password so that I can then fill out a form.

Hi Patsy,
Is it like a code to enter to verify your email when you enter your email in the email field? Can you share with us the link/URL of the form so we can understand more?Once we hear back from them, we'll be able to move forward with this.
