i'm receiving a popup message that my email address is in your bounce list.
I changed the email successfully - I had no problem receiving the verification code, etc TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS THAT YOU CLAIM IS ON YOUR BOUNCE LIST.
So, clearly it is not on the bounce list - or there is a problem with a type of email you are sending.
Can you please look in to this and rectify?
thanks!

Hi monkeyfist,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the mentioned email address remy@monkeyfist.com.au and it is in the bounce list for this reason:
Reason(s) : bounced (host monkeyfist-com-au.mail.protection.outlook.com[52.101.149.2] said: 550 5.7.1 Service unavailable, Client host [38.153.9.195] blocked using Spamhaus. To request removal from this list see https://www.spamhaus.org/query/ip/38.153.9.195 AS(1440) [SY2PEPF00004FF4.ausprd01.prod.outlook.com 2025-02-23T03:40:17.026Z 08DD537E55A271D8] (in reply to RCPT TO command))
You may receive the system emails but email notifications or approvals can't be sent to a bounced email address. I removed the email from the bounce list and you can receive emails now. You can try Whitelisting Jotform IP Addresses and Domains and adding noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to the contacts lists to prevent being added back to the bounce list. Alternatively, you can set up your own Sender Email via SMTP.
