Every time people try to submit a form it says that an email is required even though the emails. And some forms are being submitted without payment being captured. I checked the integrations and they all seem to be working well. I just need to know what this problem is.
Thank you for your time and effort in resolving this.

Hi Sarah,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screencast below to see my results:
Additionally, I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches, usually some minor issues automatically fixed after it. Can you give it another try and let us know what happens? If you're still having the same issue, I would recommend you to share the Form Link along with a screenshot of the error, and we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

Hey there,
Thank you so much for looking into this! Here is the form link, but it is also happening with another form as well.

The attached is what our people are getting. The email I used is correct and I've tried different browsers. The only time the form submits is if I go back and resubmit, but then the payment isn't captured.
Thank you again for your time.

Hi Sarah,
I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
You can try removing the current payment field and adding it back again to see if this helps resolve the issue. Meanwhile, if the issue continues to happen, you can share with us a screenshot of the browser's console log so we can better understand the issue.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
