Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. There is no Jotform account linked to your email address. If you're referring to a different email address, you can Delete Your Account, but that'll also delete all of your forms and data. If you're sure you want to go ahead with that, let me show you how to do it:

1. On your Account Settings, scroll down and click on Delete My Account.

2. Now, in the pop-up warning window, click on Yes, Delete.

3. Then, enter your account password and click on Verify. That's it.
