Hi Solana,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account, and you currently have three forms. Can you check your MyWorkspace if Forms is selected on the asset type? Here's how to do it:
1. In MyWorspace Page, click on the Type button and put a check mark on Forms.
If you are still unable to see your forms, try to log out and log in to your account.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hello. Unhelpful. See video attached of me logging in to see NO forms.
Please sort this out on your end, as I need to edit the forms.

Hi Solana,
Unfortunately, I couldn't see the video you shared on my end. You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

forms I created in my account.

Hi Solana,
I checked your account, and currently I saw three active forms in it. Do you still have the link to the forms you're looking for? Can you also share the names of those, if you can still recall? You can also check your account's archive folder if they are there. If that's the case, you can unarchive your forms, but we’ll need to do that on the Desktop version of Jotform instead of the Jotform Mobile App. It's easy, let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, in the menu on the left, scroll down and click on Archive.
- Select the archived form that you want to unarchive, and then click on More.
- In the dropdown menu, click on Unarchive and that's it. You're done.
