Can't download form responses as PDF - grayed out

I'm trying to download form responses for 1 person but the Download as PDF option is grayed out. I need PDF - see attached screen snap.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It appears that you have 2 versions of your form's PDF Document, which is why the Download as PDF is grayed out. It is showing you the options of what version would you like to download. Take a look at the screenshot below:

Thanks for the quick response. I didn't expect it to show 2 options for the same person when I'm selecting the specific form I want but it solves my problem.
