I have shared my form as a template with my colleague but he did not get the PDF that I use as a report. Is there a way to share also that?

Hi Monica,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can ask your colleague to clone your form. Cloning your form would allow your colleague to have a copy even for the PDF view. You can show her the steps on how to clone a form below:
- On your My Workspace page, click on the Create button on the top-left side of the screen.
- In the window that pops up, click on Form. Now, select on Import Form.
- Then, click on From a Web Page. This will open a text box where you can place the URL
- Lastly, paste the URL of the form you want to clone into the Enter URL field below it, and then click on Create Form at the bottom.
Check the results when I cloned your form. The PDF view is included:

We tried that, but he gets this message. I am trying to share the ELEMENT D form with the report we created as a pdf. It is at https://form.jotform.com/Monica_Diaz/element-d-defense-mechanisms and I made sure that it is not prevented from cloning in the form settings.

Hi Monica,
I checked your form and saw that the Prevent Cloning option is enabled in the Form Settings. To fix this, you need to set the option to No. Check out my screenshot below:

It is set to NO already. You are looking at the ELEMENT B form. And I want to share ELEMENT D: DEFENSE MECHANISMS, WHICH is published at t https://form.jotform.com/Monica_Diaz/element-d-defense-mechanisms NOT the form you are referring to.
I had already checked that it is at No and still he gets that error message I referred to above.

Hi Monica,
I cloned your form to test it, and I easily replicated the issue. Check out the screenshot below that shows the result:
I can confirm that Prevent Cloning was already set to NO in Form Settings.
There is an easy fix for this, you just need to uncheck the option, Do not allow my forms to be cloned by other users option in your my account Privacy setting. Let me show you how:
- Go to your my Account Settings page.
- Click on Security tab.
- In Privacy option, uncheck the option Do not allow my forms to be cloned by other users.
That's it. As long as Prevent Cloning option in the form is set to NO, other users will be able to clone your form. Later, if you like to prevent cloning again, you have two methods:
- Set Prevent Cloning to YES in Form Settings of each of your form.
- Or check the box Do not allow my forms to be cloned by other users option in your my account security global Privacy settings.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any more help.
