Unable to Permanently Delete Fields from Form.

I am trying to delete three fields from my form:

• First name
• HeartCry Media survey (heading)
• Which part of the HeartCry magazine is your favorite? (last question)

After I delete them using the red trash can icon, I go to preview the form, but they are still appearing. I cannot figure out how to keep them deleted.

I cleared my Google Chrome cache and my Jotform cache. I also deleted all conditional logic on all fields.

I tested your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
