Jotform APP: When scanning the App QR Code it doesn't open on my browser.

    When I scan the generated QR code for my App download it doesn't open anything in my browser. It's blank.

    Hi Jason,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to the Jotform App? If so, I tested this using my Jotform app, and downloaded the QR Code but the QR Code worked and redirected me to my Jotform App. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    Can you share the Jotform APP URL in question or the QR Code so we can try to check if we can reproduce the issue? In addition, can you try using another browser and clear your browser's cache to see if the issue persists?

    I tried the QR Code you sent, and it works as expected. Your Jotform App is showing on my browser. Checkout my screencast below to see my result:

    Can you share a screenshot or a screen recording of how you replicated the issue so we can have a better idea of what's happening? You can use Loom or upload your video on your Google Drive and share a viewable link.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Hmm, it won't work at all on my phone. I have tried 3 different browsers and it doesn't even tried to load.

    Hi Jason,

    As indicated, Can you share a screenshot or a screen recording of how you replicated the issue so we can have a better idea of what's happening? You can use Loom to record. In the meantime, can you try clearing your form caches to see if the issue persists? Here's how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.

    3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
