    Team,

This form, https://www.jotform.com/build/243246904795062/settings/emails, is sending the confirmation email but is not sending it with all the information put into the form from the submitter.
My view, it looks like there is something off with the coding on the Email Notification going to the submitter.

See linked video for walkthrough on this. https://www.loom.com/share/a819811db38741779bc986ca19951340?sid=da138f48-ae1e-4cdc-b58c-eee3829d46c8

    Hi Zachary,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned and checked your form, and saw that yes, you're correct, the Unique Names in the email contents didn't match the actual names of the fields. To fix it, here's how:

    1. Click Settings from the top navigation bar.
    2. Select Emails from the left menu.
    3. Click on the Pencil button.

    4. Remove the value for the Workshop # 2.
    5. Click on the Form Fields button, and select the matching field.
    6. Do the same for the other field, and click on Save.

That's it. Alternatively, you can also create a new Autoresponder Email, which will have the correct mapping of fields by default. You can check this guide for that.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
