Train the AI to say an exact message as greeting

This is suppose to be the 1st message:


Here is the actual test and she didn't said the same words:

Hi Brandon,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. By default, the greeting message is AI-generated. Have you tried setting an action where you instruct the AI Agent to tell an exact greeting message when the conversation starts? If you haven't yet, you can set this up so the AI Agent will say exactly what you set there. Here's how to do that:

1. In AI Agent Builder, in the purple navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Train.
2. On the left panel, click on Actions and click on the Add new action button at the top.

3. Now, set the action just like the one below and that's it.
