How to Change the Labels of the Discount & Total Fields

I would like to change the labels of the Discount and Total field on my form from this...

To this...

I've tried editing the labels within the form editor but editing one changes them both. For example, within the form editor, I changed the Total label to Subsidy and this is what the form now looks like on the front-end...
