How can I pause a client's subscription so that their payments aren't being deducted for a certain period.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To confirm, are you referring to the Subscription purchase via Square on your form? If so, you have to pause their subscription on your Square Dashboard. You can check this link on how to do it.
