We are a software & IT company that runs ERP, WMS and IT projects and we also support our customers post implementation. We want to conduct an anonymous customer satisfaction survey only for the support service. What we would like to know is if jotform supports the following scenario:

We want to send the link of the survey to a contact list exported from our ERP. What we also want is to give a unique ID to each e-mail for two reasons.

Reason 1: To give to our customers an opportunity to win a discount if they complete the survey. So the first request here is to ask if jotform can keep a unique ID for each customer that answers. The second request is if jotform can grant us access to these unique IDs list so that we pick randomly a winner.

    B) We have long contracts with the customers that we will run the survey with. So we don't want to have access to the connections between e-mail and IDs BUT (third request) we want to use the same platform so that each year we can identify how the same unique ID has answered if their experience is improving.

Regarding our requests we don't need answers on how to execute them. We only need for now to know if your platform support all of them.

Thank you in advance for your time.

    Hi Effie,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you're inquiring about creating a recurring anonymous survey with Unique ID results. Here’s what Jotform can support:

    • Unique ID for Each Customer: You can utilize the Unique ID widget to create personalized identifiers for each submission. This widget remains hidden on the form and assigns unique IDs after submissions, making it easier to monitor responses.
    • Tracking Responses Over Time: The same unique ID can be assigned to each customer in future surveys, enabling you to monitor how their responses evolve over time and effectively track improvements in their customer experience.

Take note that, while generating and accessing Unique IDs, it's crucial to exclude any identifiable information from the survey to preserve anonymity.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
