I want to attach 2 PNG files to each respondents form. The PNG files are screenshots of test results and so are unique to each respondent. I have figured out how to attached the PNG and they are successfully sent in an email. Hooray! The problem is that the PNG are loaded as 1 KB even though they are 130+ KB files so they are very tiny. Can you help me with this problem?

I have attached the PNG files I attached to the completed form and screenshots.

    Hi Donna,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Just to clarify, the images are down-sized on the email notification. Correct? Keep in mind that emails either Autoresponder or Notification email has an attachment limit of 5MB causing some attachments to be down-sized. You can download the attachments through the Submission Table. You can easily download your data from Jotform Tables as a CSV, Excel, or PDF file. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Tables page, hover over the form whose data you want to download, and click on View Table.
    2. On the upper-right side of the page, click the on Download All button.
    3. Now, select Download as CSV, Excel, or PDF to download your data.
