I wish to unsubscribe from the jotform newsletter, however, the process is flawed as it is impossible to correctly pass the 'robot' test. this is what appears. As you can see, the instructions are missing completely

Hi philip blenkinsop,
I can see that you have an active Jotform account. You can unsubscribe very easily from the account settings page. Let me walk you through it:
1. Go to the Settings page while logged in to your Jotform account and uncheck the Turn off all Jotform emails option.
