Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked, I wasn't able to locate an invoice using the information you provided. To better assist you, can you share with us the username, email address, or link to a form associated with the account you're referring to? However, if you log in to your account, you can easily check your invoices from your account settings. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Picture. 
2. In the menu that opens, click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
3. Under Account Settings, click on the Billing tab, and scroll down a bit to the Invoices section. 
4. Now, either click on your Invoice IDs to see the details or the Download icon on the right side of them.
