    Hi itjot,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Is the form you're working on the SILICO MANGANESE TEST REPORT form? You can provide the 5 specific fields you want to total. Or, to give you an example of how to achieve this, if it’s just a simple sum, you can use the Form Calculation Widget for the 6th field. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click the Add Element button on the upper left-hand side to open the Form Elements panel.

    2. Go to the Widgets tab, locate the Form Calculation widget, then click or drag and drop it to the preferred location in your form.

    3. Rename the label, then click the wand icon on the right side to access the Form Calculation Widget panel.

    4. In the calculation section, click Add Field button, select all the fields that are part of the formula, and make sure to use addition between the fields.
