Failed to retrieve dynamic outputs. As a result, this operation's outputs might not be visible in subsequent actions. Error details: The request to API 'jotform' operation 'ListFields' has invalid inputs. Error details: The API operation 'ListFields' is missing required property 'formID'.

This the error I keep getting when I try to use the module "When a response is submitted". I have deleted and re-added the connection 2 times and still errors. It will not let me select form id under parameters.

    Hi Rich,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Microsoft Power Automate is available to all Jotform plans from standard accounts (Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) to Enterprise. But, you'd need to license the Jotform connector which is considered a premium connector in Power Automate. Let me show you a sample how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

    2. Click on Integrations in the menu on the left side of the page.

    3. Search and select Microsoft Power Automate.

    4. Click on the Visit Microsoft Power Automate button, and then log in to Microsoft.

    5. Choose a Trigger.

    6. Log in to each flow connector, and then click the Continue button.

    7. Click on the first dropdown option to choose and connect your form.

    8. Then click on the second dropdown to select your Output Format.

    9. Customize your other flows/triggers.

    10. Click on the Save button

Give it a try and see how it goes.

    Hi Cristy,

I've already demonstrated in my screenshot that I've performed that step. If you look on the left side in the module tray, on the bottom it says 'connected to jotform'. I also told you that I deleted the connection and re-added it twice. Are you a human?

I connect to it just fine but that error keeps happening when I add it to a flow. I noticed if I wait like 15 seconds, it will eventually populate but will continue to occur if I go to edit the module at any point.

    Hi Rich,

Can you click on the Form ID dropdown, and take a screenshot if it displays any error message? I'm referring to the one shown in the screenshot below:

The screenshot below is just a sample:

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
