Hi Daphne,
To confirm, are you referring to your Stamps Family Reunion Final Registration Form, When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened to me. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. we just need to simply delete the Product List and add it back in your form, in order to switch to another payment gateway. Let me show you how it's done:
- In Form Builder, click on the Credit Card icon on the right side of the page to open Payment Properties.
- Now, in the Payment Properties menu, under Payment Connection, click on the Trash can icon.
Now let's add the Integration to your form. Let me show you how to add it:
1. In Form Builder, click on +Add Form Element.
2. Under the Payment tab, search for Cashapp and click on it.
3. In the properties, click on Connect via Square.
