    Hi tygsurvey,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. As I tested, Joform is currently accessible through desktop and mobile devices. Check out the screencast below:

I recommend clearing your browser cache or using a different browser and switching to a different internet connection to see if that resolves the issue. If you are using VPN, try to disable it for the meantime and try to access Jotform website again.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

My colleagues can open this form on their computers, but it doesn't work on mobile phones.

     https://form.jotform.com/52714195084457? can work

Because it was changed to HTTPS, 3,000 users in our company are unable to access the webpage. Could you revert it back to HTTP?

    Hi tygsurvey,

Currently, Jotform operates using HTTPS to enhance security and protect user data. Reverting back to HTTP is not recommended as it compromises the security features that HTTPS provides, which are essential for safeguarding information shared through forms. Instead, I suggest the following steps to help your mobile users:

    1. Check Internet Connection: Ensure that the mobile devices are connected to a stable internet connection.
    2. Clear Browser Cache: Have users clear their mobile browser cache to eliminate any stored data that may be causing the issue.
    3. Try Different Browsers: Encourage users to access the form using different mobile browsers to see if the issue persists.
    4. Disable VPN: If any users are on a VPN, suggest temporarily disabling it as it may interfere with access.

Implementing these suggestions may help resolve the access issue on mobile devices.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
