verderiverordersAsked on March 20, 2025 at 8:35 PM
I am using an online ordering template. As I am creating products, I can adjust pricing on the Product Option area. My question is, I would rather them have to select one drop down that would display discounted pricing rather than select the same option on every item. Kind of like the coupon but earlier in the order process. We have discount clubs, and I would like them to select a drop down that says Barrel Masters, which would then show the price of wine at their discounted rates.
Thank you!

Hi Rob,
To my understanding, you want to show instantly the discounted price when Barrel Masters is selected. Is that right? I suggest creating a product option for each product. But since this will override the original price of the product, you need to add the product itself as one of the product options. Let me show you how to do this:
- In Form Builder, click on the Push Cart icon of the Product List field.
- From the Products Tab, click on the Pencil icon of each product.
- From the Options tab, click on the Add button of the Add a Product Option.
- Toggle Special Pricing Per Option to turn it On.
- Enter your product and Barrel Masters, together with its prices.
Here's the result:

Okay, I figured that was the case but was hoping for a different option. For old school paper copies, Is there a way to print a form that displays that dropdown?

Hi Rob,
Unfortunately, what you're trying to do is not possible. If you want to show the options and it's prices for the school paper, then you might consider using basic fields like Single Choice element. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element button, then select Single Choice element and add it to the form.
2. Add the Product and the options with its prices.
