Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form, and it appears to be using the card layout, which has limited options for changing the background color compared to the classic form. However, you can still customize its theme, including the background color. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Paint Roller icon on the right side of the page to open Form Designer.

2. Under the Color tab, you can choose theme to change the overall background color.

3. Now click on the Custom tab and set each section's like background, text, button color, and more to achieve the style you need.
