The Star Ratings is incomplete

Hey, I'm having trouble with the star ratings. In the editor form I can see them complete, but when I share my survey's form the stars appear incomplete. I'll value your assistance immediately please, it's urgent for my company.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked and see that the issue is related to the theme that you are using. Can you try using a different theme? I tried this on a cloned form and the stars are showing correctly. Let me show you how to change your theme:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Roller Paint icon.

2. Go to Themes and try using a different one. The Star ratings should now show correctly:
