Hi Jotform!
I have created a workflow for my form so that once it is submitted it needs to be approved. Then once approved it is sent to the client to sign. I have noted that the workflow restarts after the client signs it, how do I stop this from happening?

Hi Carl,
By default, Jotform's approval flows restart when a submission is edited. It looks like your approval flow is restarting because the client's signature counts as an edit to the submission. There is an easy fix to the issue of an approval flow restarting once a submission is edited. We'll just need to disable the Restart Approval Flow on Submission Edit option in your Approval settings. Let me walk you through it:
- In Form Builder, in the green navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Go to Restart Workflow on Submission Edit and select Disabled from the dropdown.
